The human body has always fascinated me. So much, so that in 2015 I decided to follow my dream and started training at The London School of Sports Massage. Having graduated with a BTEC Level 5 diploma in Soft Tissue Therapy, I now enjoy helping people from all walks of life. I offer sports and remedial massage therapy in Windsor, which is easy to get to from Maidenhead and Slough as well.
Having previously suffered from sciatica and back troubles, I know first-hand how limiting pain can be. Prevention, treatment and guidance are key parts of my treatment regime. Using a variety of techniques, I identify the sources of pain and discomfort, and provide solutions to bring about a positive change. From postural assessments, a review of daily activities, through to a thorough examination of the affected muscles, tendons and joints, we work to find the root of the problem and apply targeted treatment. It is surprising how often a simple change can make all the difference. I look forward to meeting you and helping make you that positive change.
On a personal level, I am a mum and a wife and I love spending time with my family and friends. I love a good challenge and 3 Peaks 24 hours challenge in 2018, was absolutely one of my highlights so far. Rumour has it, that I will be doing it again in 2020 with my two big brothers.
